In April of 1789 the HMS Bounty left Tahiti and while it crossed the Endeavour Straits, some of the crew staged a mutiny. Captain Blight and eighteen of his loyal men were unceremoniously put off the ship in one of the three lifeboats. This one small boat had to travel 3,600 miles until it reached land at Timor, with only four rowers and one sail.

This model kit is a great introduction to model boat building, and is recommended for the starter, plus it is highly detailed with many fine points.
